Aaron P. Berg represents clients throughout the state of Ohio for matters of personal injury.  With extensive trial experience and a track record of success, Mr. Berg is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum and the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum.  His practice areas include wrongful death, workplace injuries, surgical errors, spinal injuries, trucking accidents, premises liability, nursing errors, nursing home neglect and abuse, motorcycle accidents, medical malpractice, diagnostic errors, dental malpractice, defective products, construction site accidents, brain injuries, birth injuries, bad faith insurance, automobile accidents, and amputation injuries.
Mr. Berg is admitted to practice in the state of Ohio and before the United States District Court for the Northern District of Ohio. Aaron Berg also holds an AV Preeminent* rating from Martindale-Hubbell, the highest peer rating possible of for ethical standards.
After graduating from Wittenberg University with a Bachelor of Arts, Mr. Berg attended law school at Cleveland-Marshall College of Law.  He graduated with his Juris Doctor and began practicing in 2001. Within the legal community, he is actively involved with the Ohio Association for Justice (OAJ) and the Cleveland Academy of Trial Lawyers (CATA).
One of his most successful cases resulted in a $4 million recovery in a wrongful death case. Another medical malpractice settlement resulted in $3 million for his client, and he obtained a $1 million verdict in a negligence case for a member of a hospital’s nursing staff who claimed negligence against the hospital.
