Why hire an attorney when you can just use an AI app?
The reason is that the AI apps will give you wrong information.
It will only give you answers to questions that you ask.
If you don't put in every single facet of your case into your questions, you're not going to get a correct answer.
In addition, AI programs make up their own case law.
In fact, attorneys have been disciplined because they've used AI to write motions and briefs.
And in those motions and briefs, there are cases that were made up by the AI program that never even exist.
While AI is coming along, your attorney is much better at knowing the prosecutor, knowing the judge, and knowing your case.
We are better than ChatGPT or any of those other AI programs.
So, if you think you know the law because you used an AI program, you're wrong. And that's Bret Jordan's tip of the day.
