Cell Phones

Today, I'm gonna talk about one of the most important pieces of evidence against you, and you have it right now.

That would be your cell phone.

When you are arrested, they take your cell phone.

If they believe that there is some evidence against you for that crime that you were arrested for, they will obtain a search warrant and go through your cell phone and find all your text messages, your instant messages, your pictures, whatever else may be on there, and use that against you in the trial of your matter.

So, watch what you have on your cell phone because they're gonna see it and use it against you.

That's today's Bret Jordan Law's Tuesday Tip.
